Here's how to lose weight and inches fast. I'm not going to waste your time talking about eating fruits and vegetables, exercising more, eating healthier, etc. You know ALL THAT boring, common sense weight loss advice.
In this article, I'm going to give you a trick I personally use with thousands of clients I've worked with over the past few years online.
How to Lose Weight and Inches Fast
I start all my clients out with a childish exercise... SPINNING.
As in... spinning like little kids. I know that seems strange, but there's an important reason why I do that. IT'S YOUR HORMONES. Most people think in simple terms... weight loss is all about diet and exercise. Well, IT'S NOT. There are many other factors besides those 2 things. Hormones is 1 of them. Just about every overweight person has massively messed up and imbalanced hormones. To lose weight, they need to be brought back in harmony.
A trick I learned a few years ago is spinning in a circle. This does just that because of the stimulatory affect it has on your Endocrine System (it controls your hormones). Spinning puts your body back to where Nature intended it to be.
There are many details in regards to spinning, but I'll just give you a couple I'm taking out of my Spinning Weight Loss ebook. First, if you're going to spin, spin clockwise. Second, the major goal in spinning is just 1 thing... spin to the point where you're SLIGHTLY dizzy. That's different for each person. So you need to practice spins a few times and find that slightly dizzy point for yourself.
